This is my calf. It is a lovely part of my body, but its also quite troublesome. My calves get really tight running. I stretch them a lot, but they are probably the most likely part to be sore. Tonight I also got a nasty cramp swimming. I was swimming intervals, and was going about 45 seconds faster per 200. I only had 100 yards left, and my calf got all twitchy. Boo.
