I started working out again. No, it did not take long. I enjoy working out. But I did decide to not do two-a-days anymore, even though I skipped one workout. On the plan I'm on now, the goals are to lose 3% body fat and run 8-minute miles in 6 weeks. This morning I did the resistance exercises. I did a 10 minute run to warm up, and my legs were VERY unhappy. Its a little too soon for running.
