I am very tired. The pool was closed tonight because storms were threatening the northern parts of the county (we never got anything, not even thunder). Joy told me my workout was to jog 2 minutes, run 2 minutes, and walk 15 seconds for 30 minutes total. I must have been doing this for a while, because that sounded easy to me. After about 25 minutes I decided it was not easy at all. I kept going for another 10 minutes. Since I wasn't going to be swimming, I may as well run some extra. Now I just want to sleep.
