I mowed most of my yard today. It really needed it, what with all of the rain. I checked the oil in the mower a few weeks ago, and it was fine. I almost checked the oil before I started mowing today, but decided it would be ok. It was not ok. About halfway through the mower made a horrible noise and started running funny. I stopped it and checked the oil. Nothing. At least I got the front mowed.

The mower is fourth-hand, so its had a good life. Jon gave it to me last year, after his friend Dan gave it to him. Dan got it when it was left at the house he bought.
