The good thing about cooking a lot is that you accumulate a lot of ingredients. Jon and I are making teriyaki tuna steaks, and all I had to buy was the tuna.


My spice cabinet is very well stocked, although you won't find something like chives or rosemary or mint in it. Those are growing on the front porch! I do want to start picking the extra leaves and drying them, especially for annuals like basil.
